Knowing markets is one thing, being able to find the best candidates, using our extensive network of contacts, is another. Our research is focused, based on an in-depth study of your area of economic activity as well as related industries. We then target specific companies, organizations and individuals. At the same time, using the information gathered, we submit to you a description of the position that will appear on our firm's website.
The members of our team consult selected sources of information and contact many resource persons in order to draw up a list of potential candidates. Throughout this process, we maintain contact and share information with you on a regular basis.
Identifying the candidates
The quality of our research allows us to identify the candidates we will interview. We assess each candidate in the light of your expectations, based on the person's education and experience, professional expertise, values and personal qualities.
Recognizing talent
At the end of the interview process, we prepare a complete dossier on each candidate, including his or her résumé and an interview report. This short list of candidates is submitted to you in order to help you prepare to interview the candidates. If you wish, we can also assist in preparing the interviews, for example with interview guides, questionnaires and evaluation tools.
Making the right choices
It is likely that at this stage, we shall have identified one or two candidates that interest you. We then proceed to do detailed reference checking on each candidate retained, based on a list of references provided by the candidate. During our discussions with the referees, we check all of the major points observed during the interview process.
Moreover, if you consider it appropriate to assess the management potential of certain candidates, we can, on request, recommend professionals who conduct this kind of evaluation. The combined results of their work and ours will ensure the quality of the chosen candidate.

Our work does not stop once you have made your choice. If required, we can assist you in providing information and advice about the contents of an eventual job offer and even assist with the negotiations. The objective here is to ensure that the job offer meets both the client's and the candidate's expectations.
Standing by our professional work
As our approach is based on a partnership with our clients, we have no hesitation in sharing the responsibility for ensuring that the appointment meets your objectives. Thus, if the candidate recruited has to be terminated for reasons that relate to the candidate's ability to fill the position for which he or she was hired, within an initial period of employment previously agreed to with you, we undertake to redo the assignment without any additional professional fee.
As we consider the integration of the person hired into the organization to be very important, we are committed to giving that person our full support and assistance during this period.
