The principal consulting services that we offer our clients under this heading are:
- assist in defining the mission, vision and strategic orientations;
- assess the strengths and the potential of members of boards of directors, identify recruitment needs in this area as a function of the corporate plan and develop the profiles of persons that would bring strength and depth to the board;
- review and make recommendations with respect to the organizational structure and the structure of senior management;
- conduct an individual assessment of the strengths and potential of members of the senior management team;
- following such an assessment, propose and implement a personalized training and development program for certain senior and middle managers.
